概述

本机是由我公司设计人员在吸收海外同类产品优点的基础上结合国内使用厂家实际情况,采用先进的制做工艺及全新的生产理念,自行开发研制的集碎浆、筛选于一体的损纸碎解设备,其优点为设备动力低、产量大(同动力比为普通纤维分离机产量的3-5倍)排渣率高,操作方便,与国内外其它同类产品相比较具有性能更优,自动性更强,可靠性更高,操作更方便等特点,是老式纤维分离机的更新换代产品。

On the basis of absorbing the advantages of overseas similar products and combining with the actual situation of domestic manufacturers, this machine is a paper breaking equipment developed by our company, which integrates pulping and screening. Its advantages are low power, large output (3-5 times the output of ordinary fiber separator with the same power ratio), high slag discharge rate and easy operation. Compared with other similar products at home and abroad, it has the advantages of better performance, stronger automaticity, higher reliability and more convenient operation. It is a renewal product of the old fiber separator.

Structure
 

(1)筒体

筒体采用耐磨性及耐压性设计标准,材质为不锈钢或碳钢。浆料由入口沿切线方向进入筒体,经转子高速旋转产生的离心力碎解原料,并将轻重杂质分离,轻杂质由简体压盖中央排出,重杂质由于离心力的原理,沿筒体沿切线方向进入砂罐排出。
 

(1) Cylinder

The cylinder is designed with abrasion resistance and pressure resistance, and the material is stainless steel or carbon steel. The slurry enters the cylinder along the tangential direction from the entrance, breaks down the raw materials by centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, and separates the light and heavy impurities. The light impurities are discharged from the center of the cylinder cover. The heavy impurities are discharged into the sand tank along the tangential direction due to the principle of centrifugal force.
 

(2)转子

转子采用特殊形状设计,可有效的分离轻重杂质。

转子内侧设有清洗水管,以防止筛孔堵塞。

转子刀刃采用可更换的耐磨性高强度合金钢。

转子本体为铸钢或铸不锈钢(用户自行选择)。
 

(2) Rotors

The special shape design of the rotor can effectively separate the light and heavy impurities.

The inner side of the rotor is provided with a cleaning water pipe to prevent clogging of sieve holes.

The rotor blade is made of replaceable wear resistant high strength alloy steel.

The rotor body is cast steel or cast stainless steel (user selected).
 

(3)筛板

筛板孔径为φ2.5~6 mm(依用户需要选择)

通常新闻纸、杂志φ2.5mm~4mm的范围使用

瓦楞纸、箱板纸φ3.5mm~6mm的范围使用
 

(3) Sieve plate

The aperture of sieve plate is from φ2.5 to 6 mm (depending on user needs).

Usually, newsprint and magazines paper use sieve plates with aperture ranging from 2.5mm to 4mm.

Corrugated board and box board use sieve plates with a bore diameter of 3.5mm to 6mm.
