1. Overview

High frequency vibrating screen is a screening equipment in pulp and paper industry. It is mainly used for the roughing and purification of pulp and the treatment of pressure screen tail pulp. The equipment uses spring and tape as shock absorber. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, low production cost, small floor area and high production efficiency.

三、结构与工作原理
 
该机主要由筛框、振动系统、减振装置、浆槽等组成。筛框的振动是由装在主轴上的两个偏心轮来实现的。主轴由挠性联轴器与电动机相联,筛框由弹簧支撑;具有结构简单、实用性能好等优点。本机分为左右手机,用户可根据需要选订。

浆料自进浆箱流入筛框,通过筛框的高频振动来筛除浆中粗大杂质。良浆通过筛板进入浆槽,由出浆口排出,粗大杂质则由筛框的端部排出。

 

3. Structure and working principle
The machine is mainly composed of screen frame, vibration system, vibration damping device, slurry tank and so on. The vibration of the screen frame is realized by two eccentric wheels mounted on the main shaft. The spindle is connected with the motor by a flexible coupling and the screen frame is supported by a spring. It has the advantages of simple structure and good practical performance. This machine is divided into left and right hand operated machines, and users can choose them according to their needs.
The slurry flows into the screen frame from the pulp box, and the coarse impurities in the pulp are screened out through the high frequency vibration of the screen frame. The fine pulp is discharged through the sieve plate and discharged from the pulp outlet. The coarse impurity is discharged from the end of the screen frame.
