   升流式压力筛是针对再生纸浆中杂质的特性设计为升流式结构,利用筛鼓内外的压力差和旋翼头部的正压作为筛选动力,利用旋翼高速回转产生的压力脉冲清洗筛板。未经筛选取的浆料由设在底部的进浆口沿切线方向进入机体,由于高速旋转产生的离心力使重杂质迅速的沿外周壁旋转并流向设在底部的重渣室,去除重杂质的浆料上升到筛选区,合格纤维通过筛孔(或筛缝)流向筛鼓外,经良浆口排出。轻杂质则继续上升,由设在顶部的轻杂质口排出。

由于采用了升流式结构,缩短了杂质在筛选区的停留时间,有效的防止了重杂质对转子和筛鼓的损环,大大延长了设备的使用寿命。升流式压力筛可广泛用于各种废纸浆的粗筛、精筛及纸机前浆料的筛选,具有无可比拟的良好工作性能和可靠性,是各种国产压力筛用于再生浆处理的更新换代产品。

The upflow pressure screen is designed for the characteristics of impurities in recycled pulp. It uses the pressure difference inside and outside the screen drum and the positive pressure of the rotor head as the screening power, and uses the pressure pulse generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor to clean the screen plate. The unscreened pulp enters the body along the tangent direction from the bottom inlet. Because of the centrifugal force produced by the high-speed rotation, the heavy impurities rotate rapidly along the peripheral wall and flow to the bottom of the heavy slag chamber. The pulp removing heavy impurities rises to the screening area, and the qualified fibers flow out of the sieve drum through the sieve hole (or sieve crack) and discharge through good pulp outlet. Light impurities continue to rise and are discharged by light impurities located at the top.
 
Because of the upflow structure, the residence time of impurities in the screening zone is shortened, the rings of rotor and screen drum are effectively prevented from being damaged by heavy impurities, and the service life of the equipment is greatly prolonged. Up-flow pressure screen can be widely used in the screening of crude, fine and front pulp of various waste pulps. It has incomparable good performance and reliability. It is a renewal product of various domestic pressure sieves used in the treatment of regenerated pulp.
