双锥高浓除渣机是纸浆净化的先进设备，它利用纤维与杂质比重不同而使重杂质从纸浆中分离出来，达到净化纸浆的目的。该设备使用范围广，既可用于高能度纸浆的粗选净化，亦可用于纸机前对低浓纸浆进行精选净化。既可用于化学浆、半化学浆的生产，又可用于机械浆废纸浆的生产，广泛应用于箱板纸、瓦楞纸、文化纸、新闻纸、卫生纸的生产中，尤其是净化废纸浆、半化学法草浆效果更佳。
双锥高浓除渣机结构简单，占地面积小，生产能力大，操作方便，不堵塞排渣口，净化效率高，浆料仅一次通过除砂器，不需尾浆处理设备，纤维流失为零，锥体耐磨，使用寿命长，没有传动，不需要动力将其安装在浆料输送过程中，即可达到除渣效果。

During the overhaul, the surface wear of the upper cone should be checked at any time, and the upper cone should be replaced if necessary.
